摘要: A system for deploying and selectively inflating a thoracic aortic balloon at desired location within the aorta resuscitative occlusion, inferior to left subclavian artery, without aid of fluoroscopy is described. Using CT imaging data, distance between readily identifiable consistently located external landmarks torso extent measured. Next, using same second from femoral artery occlusion determined. correlation measure intra-arterial (i.e. endovascular) made. nomogram, calibrated endovascular can be positioned this on any injured individual with end-stage shock impending cardiovascular collapse or death delivery inflation.
