摘要: The deposition of polysaccharide-based self-assembled nanocoatings onto damaged arteries is described as a means not only to protect artery against thrombogenesis, but also control the healing processes by incorporating biologically active components within multilayer. As shown confocal microscopy, polysaccharide multilayer was retained on in physiological condition and prevented platelet adhesion. Diffusion polysaccharides observed may be used efficiently target vascular wall. NO-precursor l-arginine drug model incorporated layers.
