摘要: Abstract It is shown that in a three-dimensional (3-D) piece of metal with dimensions exceeding the mean free path l , main part electronic states localized. The Ohm law fulfilled due to relatively small amount highly conducting states. inverse lengths localization are uniformly distributed range from 2/ zero, i.e., there wide set scales system.
