摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method/workflow for the 4D MR Flow quantitative analysis of cardiovascular blood flow as well visualization flow.SOLUTION: A method is provided that determines velocity encoding direction volumetric image data sets comprising three-directional information target volume, which involves: a) defining coordinate system (X, Y, Z); b) determining all possible arrangements three components (V, V, V) along axes c) reference points in volume; d) streamlines each point combinations determined b); and e) considering arrangement corresponding to having longest length or longer than threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2A
