摘要: A computer-implemented method is provided for reducing network traffic associated with live migration. The comprises selecting a virtual machine on first physical host migration to second host, and providing each application running in the selected notification that has started. In response receiving started, number of memory pages use during then migrated from wherein includes reduced pages. Non-limiting examples methods may be used reduce identifying contains garbage, size heap, increasing pause time garbage collection, deferring just-in-time compilation hot methods, releasing caches buffers.
