摘要: Cultivation of biofuel crops could change agricultural landscapes, affecting natural enemies at multiple scales. We sampled five enemy families with sticky cards in three model habitats (corn, switchgrass and prairie; n = 60) across southern Michigan Wisconsin, comparing captures between relating them to the area forest, annual crop herbaceous perennial habitat landscape within 2 km sites. In a first analysis, we compared Coccinellidae assemblages examined impact type composition on species richness abundance. Results showed that, scale, grasslands supported greater abundance uncommon, native coccinellids hosted distinct corn. At broader abundances exotic uncommon ladybeetles responded differently composition, decreasing perennials crops, respectively. second related family-level Anthocoridae, Syrphidae, Dolichopodidae Chrysopidae composition. Dolichopodids were more abundant grasslands, while anthocorid syrphid increased over fivefold herbaceous, surrounding corn, but not grassland, These findings suggest that used for bioenergy production conserve which are less dominant existing landscapes. Moreover, cultivating cropland affect alter suitability entire landscapes these beneficial taxa.
