摘要: The invention relates to a shaped sintered ceramic body which contains Y2O3-stabilized zirconium oxide, has density of at least 99% the theoretical and is characterized in that an average grain size < 180 nm oxide fraction consists tetragonal phase cubic phase. stable hydrothermal ageing 134°C 2 bar water vapour atmosphere for 120 hours. further process producing containing comprises steps: dispersing submicron powder; comminuting dispersed powder, where powder having diameter equal or less than 100 µm comminuted by means milling media particle d95 0.42 µm; shaping dispersion form sintering give body. can be used implants, linings industrial plants components subject ageing.
