摘要: As the complex structure, large size, hot climate, aggressive corrosive environment and high concrete strength grade for Super-large Section Precast Immersed Tube of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, crack control was difficult. On basis simulating analysis on thermal stress, temperature design carried out. Harmful could be effective controlled by series treatment measures during construction period such as optimization raw materials, preparation low heat shrinkage concrete, controlling material temperature, mixing with ice shavings cooling water, setting up automatic maintenance system monitoring system. From results, results were consistent simulation data, maximum difference between surface internal met requirement standard. Moreover, precast immersed tube didn’t appear harmful crack.
