摘要: Crude glyceride oils are refined by membrane filtration under pressure in solutions organic solvents, particularly to separate phosphatides, which may also be according the invention. The solvents non-acidic, non-hydroxy e.g., esters, hydrocarbons and halogenated hydrocarbons, micelles formed solution is contacted with a semi-permeable membrane, preferably anisotropic made from synthetic resin. These pass permeate fraction of low molecular weight components, eg glycerides solvent, retain higher weight, phosphatide micelles.
