摘要: Development is a complex process and its approach has to be connected with recent changes that have altered territories’ government logics. The emergence consolidation of new planning methods (and hybrids) for spatial development accompanied by the transition governance. Governance, participation, considered essential development, but learning how implement it consider theoretical dimension as well territorial specificities. On present text, we concepts different examples “planning governance” from North Portugal, special focus on municipality Ponte da Barca (on Portugal), strategic plan, adopted basis physical-strategic-participatory experience, pretends contribute strengthening system governance, reinforce capacities in spatially-based development.
