The habits of highly effective community development practitioners

摘要: This paper is the result of a study aimed at answering question: ‘What makes effective community development practitioners effective?’ In it, all articles published over 10-year period in Community Development Journal, International Social Work, Journal Practice and Work (South Africa) were subjected to secondary analysis. made it possible identify eight ‘habits effectiveness’. set habits can form credo guide practitioner's service delivery. It also provides list criteria help ineffective confirm ones.
