摘要: Abstract Extracts of purified HeLa cell nuclei were found to contain small amounts two types ribonucleoprotein particles. These are identical with the cytoplasmic subribosomal particles by criteria: nuclear and sediment together RNA species same sedimentation coefficient base composition. Data from kinetic analyses provide strong support for notion that precursors free It was newly synthesized constitute a minority such in cytoplasm, bulk being pre-existing equilibrium majority ribosomes.
