摘要: The baculovirus expression system was found to be efficient at expressing the 3D, 3AB and 3ABC non-structural proteins (NSP) of foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV) as antigens recognised by immune sera in ELISA. ELISA's using detected antibodies from day 8 10 after experimental infection susceptible cattle sheep remained seropositive for more than 395 days. against any seven serotypes FMDV. 3D ELISA specific precise sensitive established which measure antibody structural proteins. assay may used a resource saving alternative detection serotypes. were also precise. FMDV infected could differentiated those that had been merely vaccinated they gave positive result both ELISA's. Two results tests, suggesting ELISA's, but not might represent reliable means detecting population.
