摘要: Abstract 1. By a combination of two standard procedures for nucleotide separation, simple and highly sensitive method has been developed the assay adenylate cyclase in homogenates mouse epidermis incubated with [α-32P]ATP. 2. The enzyme is bound to particulate fraction sedimenting between 1000 15 000 × g . It activated by fluoride. 3. activity epidermal depends on divalent metal ions Mg2+, Mn2+, Co2+, Fe2+, Mn2+ being far most powerful activator. Ca2+, Cu2+, Ni2+ Zn2+ are inactive or inhibitory. 4. Adrenalin isoproterenol cause 20–50% stimulation whereas noradrenalin no effect. activation catecholamines prevented β-but not α-adrenergic blockers. Under vitro conditions hormone receptor seems be partially destroyed. 5. High concentrations insulin inhibit formation cyclic AMP dose-dependent manner. 6. No significant effect could observed glucagon, porcine growth hormone, factor, serotonin, histamine prostaglandins E1 E2, presence absence adrenalin. Skin extracts containing chalone diminish yield AMP; this does not, however, seem chalone-specific
