摘要: Schwann cell proliferation is a prominent feature of the normal response peripheral nerve fibre bundle to injurious stimuli. In this report we have attempted analyse: (1) pattern division cells in endoneurium following demyelination induced by lysophosphatidyl choline (LPC), and (2) consequence inhibiting using mitomycin C. The nuclear uptake 3H-thymidine was examined post-LPC nerves with or without pretreatment C means light microscope autoradiography liquid scintillation counting. It found that inhibited follows LPC injection into fibires demyelinated thereby remained unmyelinated surrounded debris-filled axon-associated cells, for at least 1 month after LPC. Remyelination well established control fibres second week injection. nature stimuli which might initiate mitotic activity mature possible function are discussed.
