摘要: Background. The data on vascular anastomotic complications after single-lung and bilateral lung transplantation are scant. Methods. We reviewed the our patients having single to examine experience management of complications. Results. retrospectively identified 5 109 consecutive undergoing who had postopreative pulmonary arterial or venous obstruction. There were 4 women 1 man (age range, 32 53 years). Three left transplantation, patient right underwent sequential transplantation. Complications comprised two right-sided left-sided artery stenoses one combined Isotope perfusion scanning was used in 3 suggested a stenosis all them. Pulmonary angiography each as confirmatory test demonstrate anatomic details. Transesophageal echocardiography did not detect stenosis. One revision with period warm ischemia subsequent fatal injury. Two revisions undertaken cardiopulmonary bypass cold blood flush transplanted lung. angioplasty stent insertion performed. died before treatment. All between 630 days postoperatively. Conclusions. Vascular carry high mortality. Reoperation, preferably using technique avoid further injury, is recommended. In high-risk patients, dilation can be considered.
