摘要: Miniaturization of biosensors has increased the importance microsystem technology particulary microelectronics, micromachining and thin film technology. Thin-film microelectrodes microsystems serve as well-defined reproducible interfaces between sensing, recognition transduction sites. Solving compatibility bilayer lipid membranes with planar thin-film is esential for future applications that very “adaptive” material in field microbiosensors. Microsystem gives comprehensive synergetic effect on innovation mass-production microinstruments biomedical analysis enviromental monitoring.
