摘要: Acute inflammatory responses are host-protective and normally self-limited; these can maintain cell homeostasis promote defense against various infections damage factors. However, when improperly managed or inappropriately activated, acute inflammation lead to persistent uncontrolled chronic inflammation, which is associated with many other diseases including cardiovascular disease metabolic disease. Recently, studies have shown that resolution of a biosynthetically active process. Specialized proresolving lipid mediators (SPMs) known as resolvins protectins autacoids resolve inflammation. A new family anti-inflammatory recently been reported, maresins, biosynthesized from docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) by macrophages, conjugated double-bond system, display strong activity.
