摘要: Great progress has been made in the modelling of biotechnical processes using filamentous microorganisms. This paper deals with cultivations Penicillium chrysogenum for production Penicillin and Acremonium Cephalosporin C. The properties existing models are reviewed. Models presented both that consider aspects which important industrial cultivation. process model is based on a detailed morphological description growth hyphal filaments pellets. allows simulation including preculture considering inhomogeneous pellet population. It opens new possibilities understanding complex kinetics improvement its control. structured segregated C considers soy oil as second carbon source besides sugar. application dynamic optimization feeding strategies by Iterative Dynamic Programming demonstrated. As an alternative approach, artificial neural network discussed.
