摘要: Abstract This paper focuses on the study of structural response hyperstatic concrete flat suspended slabs reinforced only with plastic macro-fibres. First, experimental program is described and then results obtained are presented. The tested maintained a high load level after cracking showing ductile behaviour great stress redistribution capacity. Next, tests were simulated by means finite element software constitutive models according to specifications RILEM Spanish Structural Concrete Code (EHE). numerical in terms load/mid-span deflection compared results. predictions provided codes guideline clearly overestimated results, which suggests need review used for fibre-reinforced concrete.
