摘要: : A simple and rapid method for the isolation of microsomal fractions from rat livers by small Sepharose CL-2B gel columns is presented. The procedure well suited routine preparation numerous samples. No expensive apparatus needed. purity microsomes values enzyme activities are as or better than isolated repeated ultracentrifugation, though time only one fifth. Gel-filtrated microsome suspensions stored at −70° were stable least year.
