A mathematical model of variable displacement wobble plate compressor for automotive air conditioning system

摘要: Based on the force balance equations, mass and energy conservation a mathematical model of control valve used in variable displacement wobble plate compressor (VDC) is developed firstly. The dynamic moving components then by analyzing forces moments acting piston, piston rod, plate, rotating journal shaft sleeve. compression process obtained fitting data from our experiments. And finally steady-state VDC combining three models above. In order to verify compressor, test bench for system have been established, simulated results agree well with experimental data. simulation show that there are four operation modes VDC, i.e. constant rotary speed stroke length (PSL), PSL, which included almost all refrigeration common use.
