摘要: Male infertility is often associated with impaired sperm motility and morphology (asthenoteratozoospermia) for which there no specific therapeutic treatment. It has come to light that the modification expression of human proteins play a crucial role in function. In present study, we proteomic data spermatozoa context dysfunction. Novel techniques have been used successfully isolate identify differences protein on cellular level asthenoteratozoospermia. first part within total proteome were investigated between immature mature populations. Semen was collected from healthy donors (n=23) separated into populations by 3-layer Percoll gradient centrifugation. Cells washed measured computer assisted analysis (CASA). For investigation cells lysed means two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2D electrophoresis). PD-Quest differentially expressed proteins. The spots interest excised subjected in-gel digestion. Peptides High Pressure Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) amino acid sequences determined mass spectrophotometry. Proteins identified Mascot, using Swiss Prot database.
