摘要: There are increasing data supporting the existence of a cell hierarchy within mammary gland. At top or this small population cells with self-renewal properties maintains tissue architecture and remodeling, they known as stem cells. Also, recent evidences indicate that breast cancer is originated maintained by its own reminding normal The capability has important biological clinical significances. So, interpretation tumors hierarchical cellular structures changed our vision scenario. Here, we review current knowledge about cells, their implications in development, together consequences susceptibility, dissemination treatment response.
