摘要: Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is the archetypal autoimmune disease given its complex clinical and molecular manifestations. Like other rheumatic diseases, appropriate management critically dependent upon proper assessment of activity, organ damage, quality life. Here, we describe components comprehensive SLE, including accurate physical laboratory diagnosis, monitoring recording accumulated morbidity, integration these with patient's own perceptions health status In doing so, will review most tests indices currently used in standard care research.
