摘要: In this article, an accurate wideband calibration method for photodetector frequency response measurement by optical heterodyne technique, which uses two single-mode tunable lasers operating near the wavelength of 1.55 mm, has been proposed. The errors introduced extra fixture as well laser output fluctuations were considered and eliminated simultaneously. Experimental result indicates that significant improvement in accuracy achieved range from 0 to 48.65 GHz, calibrated is matched with standard data provided manufacturer. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
