摘要: Therapeutic peptides are attracting increasing attention for biomedical applications. Peptides present promising opportunities in targeted drug delivery due to their high specificity, selectivity, small dimensions, ease of modification, and biocompatibility. During the last decade, potential as therapeutics or targeting ligands has been boomed nanotechnology cancer research. This review summarizes various therapy. At first, two categories tumor homing cell penetrating (CPPs) introduced then we will discuss modification CPPs. Then types applications research represented.
