摘要: The current state of the art in application variable-temperature IR (VTIR) spectroscopy to study (i) adsorption sites zeolites, including dual cation sites; (ii) structure complexes and (iii) gas-solid interaction energy is reviewed. main focus placed on potential use zeolites for gas separation, purification transport, but possible extension field heterogeneous catalysis also envisaged. A critical comparison with classical calorimetry shows that merits VTIR are its ability provide simultaneously spectroscopic signature complex standard enthalpy change involved process; enhanced be site specific favorable cases.
