摘要: Vitis vinifera ssp. silvestris, the spontaneous subspecies of V. L., is believed to be ancestor present grapevine cultivars. In this work, polymorphism at 13 SSR loci was investigated answer following key question: are wild plants (i) true (ii) hybrids between and cultivated or (iii) ‘escapes’ from vineyards? particular, objective study identify truly individuals search for possible hybridization events. The performed in Sardinia, second largest island Mediterranean Sea, which characterized by a large well-described number both grape cultivars populations. This region ideal because its spatial isolation and, consequently, limited contamination outside material. results show that domesticated germplasms genetically divergent thus real silvestris. Pure lineages (both wild) very high average posterior probabilities assignment their own clusters, with low level introgression.
