摘要: Contactin-associated protein-like 2 (CASPR2) is one of the target antigens voltage-gated potassium channels (VGKC) complex antibodies. There has been relatively little information in literature regarding CASPR2 autoimmunity, especially Asian population. We investigated presence antibodies patients with presumed autoimmune neurological disorders and described clinical features, laboratory findings, responses to immunotherapy. Five were identified be positive for The results obtained here suggested that might possible cause epilepsy even absence typical features limbic encephalitis immunotherapy could provide a favorable outcome.
