摘要: Many disorders of the hip can be treated with a suitable osteotomy based on improvement mechanical conditions in joint. These operations, such as osteotomies are very complex. The surface replacement has also been developed an alternative to total for young and more active people. It is up-to-date concern biomechanics pathological hips it necessary supplement existing clinical findings results analyses. Several finite element (FE) models presented this paper. first one offers solutions strain-stress analysis physiological hip. second represents dysplastic Another two computational both patient were created (FE model affected by Perthes disease deformed shape femoral head). Also presented, which enables us investigate strain stress parameters joint applied replacement. was performed means method (FEM) ANSYS system.
