Anderson-Hynes performed technique. Results are reported. RESULTS Mean time 107 minutes (70-180) no conversion open Pain control needed mainly fi rst 12hs. hospitalization days (1-5). There were complications 5 not affecting nal outcome. Two a re-obstruction requiring second procedure good result. follow up 18 (13-36). reduction postoperative APD 41% - p<0,001 (end 41mm). Overall 94,7%. All cosmetic results. CONCLUSIONS This small series limited by short up, however its data suggest that functional results, compromising procedure, regardless patient
