摘要: In their recent account of the relationship between social capital and political economy public health,1 Simon Szreter Michael Woolcock distinguish two different forms capital—‘bonding’ ‘bridging’ capital—and identify a specialized form bridging called ‘linking capital’, which is distinguished from other manifestations by its emphasis on construction relationships acknowledged unequals. Their theoretical argument buttressed historical case-study action decline mortality in nineteenth- early-twentieth-century Britain.
