摘要: Deploying AI, and specifically P&S, technology into the real world entails many stimulating problems for researchers system designers. Various smart solutions have been produced both specialized and, in fewer cases, more general purpose domains. An important aspect which is fundamental any successful application, those address a broad audience, concerns users’ perception acceptance of technology. This issue often either neglected or underestimated. We working two years on importing experimental techniques from HCI psychology development. approach has pros – interesting features user perspective are discovered can be used to bias design research activities cons experimenting with humans adds additional difficulty project, applying correct methodology very time consuming. paper describes fielded investigation fully implemented AI named ROBOCARE. The uses constraint-based scheduling actively monitor pattern executed by an assisted person detected temporal constraint violations trigger meaningful contextualized proactive interaction. Dialogue users managed robotic mediator who acts as main communication channel between intelligent domestic environment. presents evaluation elderly people’s system, focusing aspects related robot’s aspect, interaction modalities, content timing interaction, providing suggestions hints
