Valores hematológicos de referencia en tortuga terrestre argentina ( Chelonoidis chilensis chilensis )

摘要: Blood samples were taken from 150 healthy specimens of argentine terrestrial turtle (Chelonoidis chilensis chilensis) by means venipuncture upper coccygeal vein. The determinations red blood cells, leucocyte and thrombocyte count, hematocrit, hemoglobin concentration, hemathimetric index differential count performed compared with other Testudinidae species. No statistically significant changes observed as function sex age (p >0.01). In winter high values cell counts, hematocrit (p<0.01), while in summer increased counts ( p<0.01). not affected the studied factors.
