摘要: Research background: Design of a methodology for the measurement logistics processes in production plants to plan, control and manage logistic chain links. The article develops theoretical knowledge field management methods monitoring them.Purpose article: Material flow performance is one most important areas manufacturing company, which significantly contributes overall results company’s its competitiveness. In order company have resources use effectively, it needs information on weaknesses chain. condition obtaining this data system measuring accordance with goals.Methods: For analysis current state identification weak points process, root cause will also be used, aims identify process.Findings & Value added: aim paper create brief basis that enable evaluation supply selected regard strategy philosophy proposal changes would increase efficiency effectiveness Supply significant contribution can attributed implementation systematic suppliers using scoring model designed specifically company.
