摘要: A polarizing element includes: a substrate; plurality of reflection layers that is arranged in band shape at predetermined interval on the dielectric are formed layers; and inorganic micro-particle by micro-particles having anisotropy which length diameter an arrangement direction longer than orthogonal to has convex portions toward side first adjacent layer second layer.
