摘要: A second-generation pulse-burst laser system for high-speed flow diagnostics is described in detail. The can produce a burst of high-energy pulses (of the order hundreds millijoules per pulse) with individual pulse durations less than 10 ns and separations as short 1 micros. key improvement addition phase-conjugate mirror, which effectively isolates high-intensity, short-duration from low-intensity, long-duration background illumination. It allows more-efficient amplification harmonic generation, efficiencies exceeding 50% second-harmonic 40% third-harmonic generation. Characteristics system, including gain narrowing, energy distribution, overall energy, are described. In addition, applicability spectroscopic-based demonstrated through presentation megahertz-rate planar Doppler velocimetry results.
