摘要: This study aimed to explore the effects of recombinant human erythropoietin (rhEPO) on growth breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells in nude mice, and investigate its functions regulating tumor growth, angiogenesis apoptosis. A tumor-bearing mice model was established by subcutaneous injection cells. Two weeks later, were randomly divided into four groups (n=6 for each group): negative control group, rhEPO EPO antibody group EPO+EPO group. Drugs administered corresponding once every 3 days five times. The size weight tumors measured after sacrificed cervical dislocation. expression levels EPO/EPOR, TNF-α, IL-10, Bcl-2 tissues determined using RT-PCR Western blot. microvessel density (MVD) VEGF detected immunohistochemistry. TUNEL assay used determine apoptosis tumors. Results show that significantly promoted (P<0.05). Compared with EPO, EPOR, VEGF, as well MVD values, elevated However, apoptotic index reduced ability promote may be associated promoting formation inhibiting cell
