Effect of a diet supplemented with fat from pressed-cooked cheese, butter or palm oil on blood lipids, faecal fat excretion and body composition of rats

摘要: Abstract The study was designed to compare the effect of diets equal calcium and fat content from pressed-cooked cheese, butter, palm oil or a chow diet, on blood lipids, faecal excretion body composition in rats. Palm intake resulted higher saturated fatty acid (SFAs) compared with cheese showing importance positional distribution SFAs triacylglycerol. However, excretion, confirming dairy-matrix fat. Despite high consumption fat, animals group did not gain weight (no differences any groups) accumulate control group, contrary situation rats fed same amount provided by vegetable extracted butter that gained mass controls.
