摘要: The disabilities of the arm, shoulder and hand (DASH) questionnaire is a self-administered region-specific outcome instrument developed as measure self-rated upper-extremity disability symptoms. DASH consists mainly 30-item disability/symptom scale, scored 0 (no disability) to 100. main purpose this study was assess longitudinal construct validity among patients undergoing surgery. second quantify treatment effectiveness after evaluated in 109 having surgical for variety conditions, by assessing preoperative-to-postoperative (6–21 months) change score calculating effect size standardized response mean. magnitude also analyzed relation patients' responses an item regarding self-perceived status arm Performance assessed surgery subacromial impingement carpal tunnel syndrome Among patients, mean (SD) preoperatively 35 (22) postoperatively 24 (23) 15 (13). 0.7 1.2. (95% confidence interval) reporting "much better" or worse" 19 (15–23) those it "somewhat 10 (7–14) (p = 0.01). In measuring arthroscopic acromioplasty 0.9 0.5; 1.0. can detect differentiate small large changes over time with musculoskeletal disorders. A 10-point difference may be considered minimal important change. show syndrome. yield substantially differing results.
