摘要: Abstract Electron donor–acceptor interaction of morpholine (morp) with chloranilic acid (cla) and picric (pa) as π-acceptors was investigated spectrophotometrically found to form stable charge-transfer (CT) complexes (n–π*) [(Hmorp)2(cla)] [(Hmorp)(pa)]2. The donor site involved in CT is nitrogen. These are easily synthesized from the reaction morp cla pa within MeOH CHCl3 solvents, respectively. 1HNMR, IR, elemental analyses, UV–vis techniques characterize two morpholinium complexes. Benesi–Hildebrand its modification methods were applied determination association constant (K), molar extinction coefficient (ɛ). X-ray crystal structure carried out for interpretation predict [(Hmorp)(pa)]2 complex.
