摘要: Abstract Reactions of oxidized lithium with ZnO have been investigated by means conductivity measurements. Donors are formed in if the atmosphere surrounding crystal is reducing. The donor centre probably molecular ion LiO2−. Oxidizing conditions favor an acceptor center presumably obtained displacement a lattice zinc atom lithium. Solubilities and diffusion coefficients were measured some results reported for kinetics equilibria reaction. High temperatures displacement. In one oxygen Fermi level, which normally near top 3.0 eV band gap, can be pushed down to gap. Impractically high pressures would required produce strongly p-type material. precipitation on dislocations their decoration also studied.
