摘要: Abstract Wire meshes coated with aluminum powder were developed using an electrophoretic deposition (EPD) method. A porous layer a thickness of 100–120 μm can be attached on the wire surface after EPD and thermal treatment. Then additional calcination results in formation thin Al 2 O 3 outer each deposited particle. The Al–Al coating is very strongly onto due to partial sintering particles. rectangular-shaped honeycomb module that has triangular channels was manufactured by packing alternately flat sheet corrugated mesh certain thickness. After wash-coating V 5 /TiO catalyst honeycomb, (WMH) applied for catalytic oxidation 1,2-dichlorobenzene ( o -DCB). It shows better performance than conventional ceramic reduced mass transfer resistance existence holes sheet.
