摘要: The author describes a technique and reviews the results of 82 arthrographies used in management congenital dislocation hip. An obstruction to reduction, usually an inturned limbus, was found 20 cases. Arthrography is useful aid since it indicates type case which open reduction may be helpful. However, also demonstrates some cases limbus atrophied following conservative treatment, so that no necessary. It occasionally eccentric ossification femoral head give false impression displacement as judged by straight radiographs. true position readily demonstrated arthrography. great majority author's were first diagnosed between ages 1 2 years even older. Emphasis now on diagnosis neonatal period. need for arthrography will diminish though still required occasional hip dislocation, particularly when older children.
