摘要: Recent epidemiological studies indicate that individuals who maintain a physically active lifestyle are much less likely to develop impaired glucose tolerance and non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM). Moreover, it was found the protective effect of physical activity strongest for at highest risk developing NIDDM. Reducing insulin resistance NIDDM by regularly performed exercise is also supported several aging studies. It has been older vigorously train on regular basis exhibit greater lower response challenge than sedentary similar age weight.
