摘要: In human nutrition carbohydrates play a major part in supplying the metabolic energy that enables body to perform its different functions. Due their availability, starch, sucrose and lactose occupy very important position this vast group of natural substances. The way they are consumed can, however, vary greatly as consequence various factors: geographical area, state development country, cultural traditions, importance health considerations, etc.
