摘要: How to disperse pristine carbon nanotubes with non-covalent interaction for fabricating high-k polymer nanocomposites low dielectric loss and high energy storage density (We) is still a big but interesting challenge. Herein, fully compatible transparent blend consisting of phenolphthalein poly(ether sulfone) (cPES) cyanate ester (CE) was specially designed as the resin matrix, then new conductor/polymer composites based on multi-walled (MWCNTs) CE/cPES were facilely prepared through melting blending. The structure, properties We values MWCNT/CE MWCNT/CE/cPES systematically studied. Compared composites, have much lower percolation threshold that 0.89 wt%, only about 0.25 times composites; besides, possess greatly improved constants, larger breakdown strength well decreased loss. origin these desirable discussed investigating structure building equivalent circuits. Results show an in situ formed between MWCNTs cPES during blending process, while CE resin, so excellent dispersion endowing unique properties.
