摘要: Blood plasma is a source of biomarkers in blood and simple, fast, easy extraction method highly required for point-of-care testing (POCT) applications. This paper proposes membrane filter integrated microfluidic device to extract from whole blood, without any external instrumentation. A commercially available was with newly designed dual-cover avoid leakage the extracted remaining cells. Nano-interstices installed on both sides channels actively draw membrane. The developed successfully supplied 20 μL high yield (~45%) 16 min.
