摘要: Seedling vigor is an important trait characterized by rapid development of vegetative cover above the soil surface, particularly in rainfed environments. To elucidate genetic basis seedling vigor, 207 F2:4 lines derived from Jingdong 8/Aikang 58 were investigated field at Beijing and Gaoyi, Hebei province, during 2011–2012 2012–2013 cropping seasons. A total 148 SSR markers polymorphic between parents, RhtD1b-specific marker used to map QTL for inclusive composite interval mapping (ICIM). Normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) ground (GC) before winter late spring showed a continuous distribution. Significant differences NDVI GC among detected. Broad-sense heritability ranged 0.69 0.74 based on mean values averaged across four was highly correlated with (r = 0.74–0.85, P < 0.001). Four traits positively thousand kennel weight grain yield. Thirty-seven QTLs distributed 14 chromosomes identified; 18 genome chromosomes, 8 B 11 D chromosomes. QGCs.caas-3B.1, QGCw-caas-1D QGCw-caas-5D explained more than 20 % phenotypic variation traits, over-dominance effects. QGCw.caas-1A.1, QNDVIw-caas-6D, QGCs-caas-6A, QGCs-caas-2A.2, QNDVIs-caas-3A, QGCw-caas-5B 10 % traits. The major QGCs-caas-6A QGCw.caas-5B showing strong additive effects linked agronomic could be molecular marker-assisted selection improve yield-related
